VusionGroup and StrongPoint announce Multifaceted International Partnership

VusionGroup announces today a multifaceted international partnership with StrongPoint to accelerate the digitalization of physical commerce by introducing leading end-to-end physical e-Commerce solutions. Together, both companies will enable stores to leverage their technologies to fulfill  e-Commerce orders directly from their existing premises with greater efficiency, ensuring higher profitability.

The partnership will be built on the cutting-edge technologies designed by VusionGroup (EdgeSense, VusionCloud, VusionOX, and Captana), which provide the essential Retail IoT solutions needed for seamless and efficient in-store picking. StrongPoint brings its end-to-end e-Commerce platform solution and services to the partnership, designed to facilitate online order processing and operational management for e-commerce orders.

Combining VusionGroup and StrongPoint’s solutions, retailers will enhance their in-store picking performance, as associates will be guided through the store with precise item localization enabled by EdgeSense. At the same time, Captana will ensure that products remain consistently available for consumers, as well as for e-commerce orders. This partnership will not only enhance store efficiency and performance but also ensure a seamless and comprehensive customer experience from shelf to bag to customer.

StrongPoint and VusionGroup’s partnership will create opportunities for sustained revenue growth for retailers, enhanced performance, workforce retention, and a positive local business impact for existing stores. Empowering stores with these end-to-end e-Commerce capabilities also reduces the need for new warehouses, significantly minimizing capital expenditure and carbon emissions.
